Studied in Rzeszów and Przemysl. Ordained in 1864. Doctor of theology. Taught at the seminary at Przemysl, and at the University of Krakow. Founded the Congregation of Sister Servants of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus on 15 April 1894. Bishop of Przemysl in 1900.
