Mission
Statement
The Social Ministries Board exists to provide coordination and direction to
Parish ministries directed toward outreach to those who suffer from need or
discrimination.
Purpose
The Social Ministries Board seeks to create a Parish environment which calls
parishioners to ministry and to live their faith in solidarity with the
marginalized in our society. We accomplish this by providing education on
Catholic Social Teaching, opportunities to perform ministry as a community
and by calling parishioners to advocacy for people in need.
