What do Neighborhood Contacts do?

Neighborhood Contact provides a welcoming environment for the newcomers or people moving within the Parish.

This is done with a personal visit and with newcomers the delivery of the newcomer packet.

Neighborhood Contacts provide a connection for Parish-wide projects such as the Giving Tree and food baskets for poor at Christmas.

The Neighborhood is asked to develop a support network to provide care and support for the families in need or with a crisis such as death or illness.

This same network provides the opportunity to celebrate, as a community, the happy occasions in the lives of your neighbors.

In some neighborhoods there may be more than one Neighborhood Contact.  Working together will make it easier to accomplish the ministry.
