Spiritual Direction at St. John’s
Spiritual Direction is a process guided by the Holy Spirit in which two people enter into a unique conversation. The Spiritual Director is trained to listen in a particular way to hear where God is present and acting in the life of another. The primary focus of Spiritual Direction is on a person’s experience of God, often occurring in prayer, but not limited to times of formal prayer. Spiritual Direction is most concerned with helping a person with his or her relationship with God. If you are interested in Spiritual Direction to deepen your own personal relationship with Jesus, please reach out to Erin Snow at esnow@stjohn-catholic.org or (405) 340-0691.
