Part-Time Receptionist

St. John the Baptist Catholic Church is looking for a part-time Receptionist. This position includes greeting visitors; welcoming all who come to our parish office and providing assistance, if needed. Additional duties as follows: answering a multi-line phone system, collaborating with other staff members in accomplishing projects, assisting in the maintenance of parish membership database and sacramental records, as well as providing excellent customer service to those we serve. The position will need to be able to work Wednesday 12-4:30 PM, Thursday 8 AM-4:30 PM and Friday 8 AM–2 PM. 

 

The position requires attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to maintain confidentially. Additionally, good administrative skills, being proficient in Microsoft Office software, organization skills, adaptability, dependability and the ability work well with others is required. Faith Formation Volunteers

Men and women of all ages – from older teens to retirees – are needed to serve in our Faith Formation and Youth Ministry programs. No experience is necessary - just a desire to spread the Good News of Jesus Christ to our children! Being involved in this process allows you to deepen your own faith, meet new people, and build our parish community. We will provide you with all of the resources you need to teach and lead the children and youth in our program.
